We will guide you to the best points of the day.
Most of the surfing on Miyakojima
involves surfing on coral reefs,
and you can only surf during a limited period
of three hours before and after high tide.
We recommend a local guide for safety reasons!

④Beach practice
Let's do some Beach practice
On the board, we will show you how to ride, stand, where to put your feets and how to paddle.
It is very important to train on land and to practice mentally first in order to be able to catch waves in the water!
⑤Now to the sea!
The instructor knows the waves and follows it.
He pushes the board in a good timing with the waves so you can stand up slowly and
ride good waves.
He will help you catch waves so just paddle!

Q: This is my first time, will I be able to stand up?
A: It varies from person to person,
but we will practice standing
on the board at the beach

Q: I don't have a surfboard, can I rent one?
A: Yes, the trial surfing school plan includes rental of board and
Jequipment that you need to surf
'The plan includes board, wetsuit, leash, boots and insurance.
You can also apply for a guiding fee to rent the equipment only.
Please let us know the board and size you want, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

A: Of course you are welcome♪

Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Towels, swimsuits, drinks, sunscreen
If you are worried about sea sickness,
we recommend taking motion sickness medicine.
Q: Will the school be held even if it rains?
A: Basically, we will do it even if it rains.
However, if the waves are too high or
a typhoon is approaching,
It may be canceled due to danger.
In that case, we will contact you as soon
as we decide of a change of plan.
Q：I have poor eyesight, is it fine to keep my contact lenses?
In rare cases, the contact lenses may come off.
If you use them, we recommend disposable ones!
